3 May 2010 Posting of invitation letter & card to join project

7 June 2010 Preparation of 'Briefing Pack' for participants

28 June 2010 Posting of 'Briefing Pack' (earliest)

21 July 2010 Outcome of funding bid to St. Matthias Foundation

1 September 2010 Appointment of Producer

9 March 2011 Outcome of second funding bid to St. Matthias Foundation

7 June 2011 Last day for submission of 'footage' to Producer

21 November 2011 Final cut

6 February 2012 DVD reproduction completed

28 February 2012 End product DVD distribution completed
